The offence of bribery has been regulated in Article 135 of the Military Penal Code (AsCK). However, this crime, in terms of its regulation, is set out in the AsCK only by making reference to the articles of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) that set out the offence of bribery. The elements and features of this type of crime will be explained in this article.
